Peter C. Greenlee

Attorney Peter C. Greenlee is licensed in all courts of the State of Minnesota, and the Federal District Courts of Western Wisconsin, Minnesota and North Dakota. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Minnesota Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section. He has represented consumers in over 2500 Bankruptcy cases in the Bankruptcy Courts of Minnesota, Western District of

Wisconsin, and North Dakota. Pete is an adjunct Assistant Professor of Business Law with the School of Business and Economics at the University of Minnesota, Duluth. He is past president of the Carlton County United Way and Carlton Area Lions. Pete and his family live in Saginaw and enjoys outdoor activities and other great things about living in the Northland.

Dan Kaminski

Dan Kaminski is a trusted paralegal who can be reached at the Duluth office. He has several years of financial counseling experience and a wealth of practical common sense.
